On Thursday 16th of January, We got to camp at 2pm and waited for Erica from Glenstrae to come with her highland cattle. We helped Erica unload things and her cattle and I helped Erica to do work with Andie Skye. There were 2 other highland cattle at the camp. Nevis from Glenstrae and Seamus from Yatarna. We had afternoon tea. I did more work with Andie Skye. I tried sing baby shark song on the scavenger hunt, but I like singing We Will Rock You better. I had a great time and handler’s camp and learn a lot about looking after cattle and how to lead them in the show ring. I enjoyed spending 3 days with the highland cattle Andie Skye, Nevis and Seamus. Thank you to Sue Boland, all the helpers and Stud Beef Victoria for putting on the camp. Thank you also to Erica Smith from Glenstrae for bringing Andie Skye and helping me learn to look after and show her. I’m looking forward to working with Andie Skye again and showing her at the Royal Canberra Show.
